The Otaku Box is a monthly subscription ecchi waifu box. Unlike other boxes, The Otaku Box is based on your vote (not your vote only 😜). Every month, you will be able to vote for your favorite waifus, art, t-shirts, and future Scale figures. Every month, you will receive a box as long as you stay subscribed to The Otaku Box.
Each First Otaku Box comes with a Wall Scroll, Waifu Card, Metal Card, add-on: Scale Figure, add-on: T-shirt, and many more items (the Box contains 7-12 waifu items, depending on your customizations and box level!).

The Otaku Box includes 7-12 items, depending on your customization and box level.
Every box includes a 16×24" wall scroll, a metal waifu card, a waifu card + 4-9 items.
You can always add a T-shirt and a Scale figure to your box. Your third, sixth, and 12th boxes will have extra items.
As soon as you become a Legendary subscriber (12th box), you will receive an extra item in every future box.
You get to vote on what art appears on the scroll and t-shirt each month!

I include 1:9 Scale waifu figures in the box. Each first box of quarterly subscription comes with a free waifu figure.
I try to keep a variety of different figure positions. 😄
The future Scale figures depend on your vote. Every month, you vote for your favourite characters. The top 5 waifu characters have a chance to be turned into a Scale waifu figure.

This is a type of anime style for the artwork that is featured in the box. It is considered a flirtatious, playful, tongue-in-cheek, art style that is extremely popular in anime. It can also include revealing clothing.

The box cost starts at $49.94. You can upgrade your box with a T-shirt ($19.99). Shipping is $8.99.
You can vote for the t-shirt and wall scroll art every month. The winning items will be the ones you will receive in your box.
You can also choose different subscription plans. You can pay for the boxes monthly, quarterly, every six months, or annually. A longer subscription comes with HUGE bonuses!

The longer you stay a subscriber, the higher your level becomes!
There are three levels: Master, Hero, and Legendary.
To gain levels, simply remain a subscriber. However, canceling your subscription will result in the immediate loss of levels gained. For example, if you cancel your subscription on the third of the month, the month you achieved Master Level, you will still receive the certificate and the bonus item. If you miss a month and resubscribe later, you will not retain the Master Level.

If a box is ordered between the 8th and 22nd of the month, it is shipped on the 28th.
If a box is ordered between the 23rd and the end of the month, it is shipped on the 4th of the following month.

Shipping takes 7 - 15 days, depending on your location. Delivering to Alaska and New Zealand can take up to 21 days.
But there is always a possibility something can go wrong as it’s international shipping. There could be a flight delay, customs inspection, etc.

You can cancel anytime, no fee, no penalty, no angry waifu showing up at your door... probably.
Log in your account and follow the steps below:
IMPORTANT: Canceling your sub does not magically erase orders you already paid for. Those boxes are still coming. You bought the loot, now you’re getting the loot.
All Otaku Box subs are self-managed, meaning you’ve gotta click the button yourself. I’m not logging in to do it for you while you play Genshin. Until you cancel, the charges keep rolling in like filler episodes.
Pro tip: Cancel 2–3 days before the next billing date (1st of the month). Time zones are chaos, what’s still “last day of the month” for you might already be “new month, new charge” in Japan. Don’t cry to me if you wait too long.

Account LoginAge verification isn’t just me being nosy, it’s something I have to do so I can legally send Ecchi content. Some states and countries have laws that require proof of age before adult-themed items can be shipped.
If your age isn’t verified, I can still send your box, but it will arrive Ecchi-free (and let’s be real, nobody signed up for that).
So if you want the full experience, make sure you’re verified. No ID = no lewds.

Yes. I handle verification through a secure system that follows strict privacy rules. Your info is only used so I can confirm your age. I don’t share it, I don’t leak it, and I definitely don’t print it on a dakimakura.
Verify My AgeAbsolutely! I will ask that you send me a picture of the items you received, and then I can send out the missing or broken items. I sometimes combine missing/damaged items with the next month’s box. However, I can only do this for boxes that are three months old. That means if you contact me about an item from a box in July, and it is December, I won’t be able to replace the damaged item (I make a limited number of items every month).

It happens! Box can be lost in transport, misplaced by customs, or even stolen.
Very rarely, the box could be seriously damaged in transport or by a local shipping company.

Sometimes the boxes will show delivered one to two days before they actually are.
Please wait, and if the boxes do not show up, you will need to contact the local postal service (USA - USPS, Canada - Canada Post, France - La Poste, UK - Royal Mail, Australia - Australian Post, etc).
Also, check your apartment office, apartment postal boxes, neighbors, friends, or relatives that could have access to your mail.

When you subscribe, you pay for your first box at checkout. The base price starts at $41.99, depending on what you’ve added, so make sure to double-check your total before completing your order.
You’ll be charged again on the 1st of the month, even if you subscribed on the very last day of the current month. If you don’t want another box after your first one, you’ll need to cancel before the 1st to avoid being charged again.
Yes, you’ll still receive your box even if you cancel your subscription. That order was paid for and it’s on its way.
In some cases, you may see another charge before your first box has shipped, especially if you ordered near the end of the month. Don’t panic. Your box is still coming! It just takes a little time to prepare and pack everything before it ships.
Also, if your payment doesn’t go through on the 1st, the system will automatically retry the charge every two days until the 20th (up to 10 attempts total). If all attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.

Depending on your location in the world, shipping times can significantly vary.
In general, it depends on when you’ve ordered your first box. All first boxes ordered up to the 7th of the month are shipped on the 24th. If you’ve made an order from the 8th to the 22nd they will be shipped on the 28th. If you’ve made an order after the 22nd your box will be shipped on the 4th.
If you order after the 22nd, your first box ships on the 4th, but you’ll still be charged for the next box on the 1st of the month.

The billing system will try the card up to the 20th of the month (UTC time). If there is no successful charge, the billing system will automatically cancel the subscription. Sorry, this means you will also lose the levels you have gained.

All prices are in USD. If you don’t live in the United States, the price will be converted from your country’s currency. Currency exchange is a pain.
You may also get charged a currency conversion fee by your bank. I can’t do anything about the conversion part. Sorry!

All sales are final. I don’t offer refunds because each box and item is custom-prepared after the order is placed. Once the process begins, I’m unable to cancel or reverse it.
If you ever receive a damaged or defective item, I’ll replace it for you at no cost. Just contact me within 7 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the item so I can take care of it right away.
Subscriptions are self-managed, and you have full control over your account. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
